Home Sweet Home....

I don't want to go on and on about this house, but I will say it is absolutely beautiful and we have so much room we don't even know what to do. Our neighbors are unbelievable nice, and we are tucked away on a adorable cul-de-sac. An absolute dream come true ......

All the walls down stairs and upstairs through the hall are this beige color.
Hunter's room.... I wasn't too sure about this color but it is so adorable. Once the room is complete I will post pictures !

Our master bedroom.... let me tell you this room is breathtaking and Wayne and I love it. Imagine this color with all cherry wood furniture.

Still Packing.....

New Pink and Purple Bike

About a week ago I asked my mom to look for a bike for Hunter at a garage sale. The next day she came across the perfect bike. I mistakenly forgot to tell her that we wanted a boy bike with boy colors (red, blue, etc.).

This is what we got, and what makes the story funnier is that Hunter LOVES the bike.....

Imagine me breaking the news to his father that Hunter has a new pink and purple bike !

Backyard

The house is coming together, and I am so excited I can hardly stand it. We are still struggling over here at the condo to get things packed since we both want to be at the house when Wayne is off. My mom and John came today, and I am so thankful. We worked in the backyard, and then cleaned all of the vent covers. Hunter did his best to help, but mostly just got dirty and moved the dirt around for us.

John did such a good job reviving this corner in the backyard.

Priming

It took two coats of primer to cover the god awful colors in this house. Andy and Kyle worked for eight hours to prime the house so they can begin with the colors tomorrow. Tomorrow, my mom, John and I are going to clean the kitchen cabinets, clean up the backyard and clean the window coverings. We are right on track to move on Sunday.

New Words...

New words are pouring out of Hunter's mouth by the day. He has made alot of progress over the last few months.

Is anyone surprised that one of his most clearly spoken words is "ice tea" ?

Park Hopper

We are park hoppers, what else can I say.... we hop around to all of the local parks and the boys love it !

Where's Hunter ?

Hunter has a new obsession with bushes... he finds a bush and walks right into the middle of it, much to the dislike of his overly clean daddy !

Double Trouble

Wayne has Tuesdays and Wednesdays off this month, and Hunter and I enjoy our "Daddy Time". It is fun to have Wayne home right in the middle of the week while everyone else is at work. Today was such a beautiful day, and we soaked up the rays on the balcony.
During nap time, Wayne and I sat out on the balcony ... we chatted amongst ourselves and talked to several neighbors as they came and went.

After a good long nap, Hunter joined us for a snack and drink on the balcony. Wayne and Hunter waved at all the neighbors, dogs, and even the trash truck.

What a beautiful day !
