This little guy needs a schedule , and I am in the process of fine tuning it. Hunter is just like Wayne, they thrive with schedules. Being a stay at home mom has provided us with the opportunity to wake up each morning, and go about our morning in an organized way, and Hunter loves it. He knows what to expect, and will often lead me to the bathtub after he eats his breakfast.
As a child development major and a soon to be teacher I know the importance of not only following schedules but providing the little guy with meaningful experiences, stimulating activities, and most of all the chance to play and explore. Just like every other child in this valley , Hunter has a ton of toys that are overlooked because of the amount of toys in the toy box. My goal is to run our afternoons much like a preschool with indoor play, nap time, outdoor play, etc. This week I have been working on bagging toys together to bring out at appropriate times (cars, play-do, musical instruments,Lego's, coloring, puzzles). I have noticed that Hunter tends to enjoy the toys more, and he loves to help clean up when we are done playing. With the new baby on the way, I am determined to find a schedule that works for Hunter and I but will also allow the flexibility needed when the baby comes. Wayne goes back to work next week and I am going to give our new schedule a whirl to pass the time while he is at work. In the mean time we will continue on with our morning schedule which includes a lot of playtime with daddy .

Our fingers are crossed, paperwork has been signed and we are hoping that escrow will be opening early next week. On Wednesday while we were back at the house looking through it again we got the call that the bank had accepted our offer. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and is 2,182 square feet. Once escrow has opened I will post more pictures of the inside.

Home Sweet Home..... We are already back in full swing, the laundry is getting done, I have already talked to our realtor, and I am back to school on Wednesday. We were welcomed backed with open arms, we saw John, Karen, and all the boys last night and I saw my mom , sister and Emma this morning. It feels so nice to be home , safe and sound.
Wayne and I have always collected our spare change for our vacations. We collect, collect , and collect, and are so excited to have the extra money to spend. 
We leave tonight, 11:25pm to be exact. My laptop is going with us and I am going to attempt to blog as much as possible. I do have a bunch of posts already scheduled so come back throughout the week. 
This little guy desperately needed a haircut, and the timing was perfect with our trip around the corner. Hunter was less then happy about this haircut and was grunting loudly at Barbie while she cut his hair.
